Pilatesstudioet Bódhi Pilates blei starta av Leela Anita Kjørvik i juni, 2000. Vi har i dag eit fullt utstyrt studio på Sandane i Sogn og Fjordane. Her tilbyr vi mellom anna gruppetimar på matte og privattimar med erfarne instruktørar. Hos oss får du trene i rolege og avslappande omgivnader.
Vi tek vi i mot både menn og kvinner i alle aldrar, uansett fysisk form. Hos oss blir du fulgt opp og vegleia av erfarne BCP-instruktørar slik at du kan vere trygg på at du får maksimalt treningsutbytte. Vi tilpassar naturlegvis treninga til ditt ferdigheitsnivå og eventuelle skadar.
Med pilates kan du forebygge ulike belastningsskadar som følge uheldige arbeidsstillingar eller liknande. På den måten kan pilates betraktast som eit forebyggande tiltak mot sjukemeldingar. Forutan forebygging kan pilates bidra til å auke produktiviteten som følge auka energi og betre konsentrasjon. Bódhi Pilates tilbyr difor gunstige bedriftsavtalar for studiotrening, i tilegg til skreddarsydde treningsopplegg på arbeidsplassen.
